Senet: what a passion! (ITALIAN LANGUAGE)
Available in Italian language ONLY. Ricreational activity (40 minutes) followed by a guided tour (80 minutes) ideal for families with children between 6 and 11 years old. Available in May 2025. The recreational activity, which offers families the occasion to play the senet game, takes place in a special room of the museum, where participants sit on the floor (a special mat is provided). Each family receives their own senet game for free, complete with game board, pieces and rules!

Weekend as an artisan (ITALIAN LANGUAGE)
Available in Italian language ONLY. The guided tour leads families to the discovery of Egyptian artistic and artisanal productions, focusing in particular on the use of colour. The Egyptologist will highlight the different ways in which the Egyptians painted their world on vases, steles, boxes, and on the walls of their tombs, also observing the ancient "tools of the trade".
