Synopsis

The students are stimulated to carefully observe the objects of the village of Deir el-Medina and to investigate the work done by its inhabitants. Clue after clue, they discover the professional skills of an artist who lived 3.300 years ago, experiencing the joys and pains of his work. Each participant draws his own ostrakon made out of plaster.

Thematic workshop with an Egyptologist. Each participant creates his own handcrafted object in order to apply the new skills acquired.
