The workshop explores the themes of funerary cults and embalming, a practice overseen by the god Anubis. To understand which organs were extracted from the body of the deceased, the practice of evisceration is explained through the use of a mannequin. A special focus is reserved to the function of the protective amulets. Each participant paints his own plaster amulet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thematic workshop with an Egyptologist. Each participant creates his own handcrafted object in order to apply the new skills acquired.<\/p>\n
