Synopsis

Thanks to the new exhibition area, “Materia. Forma del Tempo”, you can discover the materials used by the Egyptians and the role of science and modern technologies applied to the study of the past. The tour continues with a selection of objects from other galleries of the museum.

The Museo Egizio, entirely refurbished in its exhibition galleries, is spread on an area of 12,000 square metres. To discover the richness of the collections, each guided tour will focus on a selection of museum galleries and objects based on the chosen activity.
