Synopsis

A chronological tour through the evolution of Egyptian culture. The museum’s masterpieces showcase traditions and practices in religion, funerary rites, daily life, and art.

The Egyptologist takes the group in the galleries of the Museo Egizio to discover the collection, stimulating the observation and comparison skills and adapting the tour to the age of the students. Each guided tour covers a selection of museum galleries and objects, depending on the chosen theme.

Please note that educational activities in the museum (guided tours and workshops) for school groups are not available on Mondays.
