Please follow the guidelines below:
• The audio guide is free and can be downloaded to your mobile device on arrival at the Museum. You can use your headphones or purchase them from the Ticket Office.
• Online tickets are not refundable.
• By purchasing ticket(s) users declare having read and accepted Terms and Conditions.
• Entry is staggered. Those who don’t respect the booked entrance time will not enter.
• Animals are not allowed to enter except for guide dogs and assistance dogs.
• Groups min 7 max 25 persons if guided by an Egyptologist or a Tourist guide have to reserve the entrance.
• It is not allowed to carry out visits not authorized and in the absence of any regular booking.
• Confirmation emails sent after a successful payment may be occasionally blocked by antispam filters: in case you haven’t received your confirmation shortly, please check your spam folder.
• If a reduced-price ticket is purchased without the required documents, the visitor will be asked to pay for a new ticket.
