Synopsis
Tour (in Italian) available on September 27th. On the occasion of the bicentenary of the deciphering of hieroglyphs, the Museo Egizio offers a guided tour dedicated to Egyptian writing. An Egyptologist will lead the visitors among steles, papyri, statues, sarcophagi and objects of common use, to discover the functioning of hieroglyphs and learn to search for names and recurring spells in the inscriptions.
Visitors will have the opportunity to relive the adventure of the deciphering by J.F. Champollion and to admire the recently restored Turin King List.

- Participants will join a group of maximum 25 people
