Please, consider the following guidelines:

Online tickets are not refundable or editable.
In this period of restoration, the cloakroom will not be available. Umbrellas, scooters, large bags and luggage cannot be stored.
A free audio guide can be downloaded to your mobile device on arrival at the Museum. Bring your headphones with you or purchase them at the Ticket Office.
• By purchasing ticket(s) visitors declare to have read and accepted the museum’s Terms and Conditions.
• Visitors entry is organized in time slots: missing the booked time slot voids the tickets.
• Ticket payment receipt emails may be blocked by antispam filters: if you haven’t received your receipt after having finalized the purchase, please check your spam folder, and contact our Booking Office if missing (info@museitorino.it).
• Pets/animals are not allowed, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs (bring documentation that must be presented at the entrance).
Guided tours offered online are in italian only and can be purchased by a maximum of 6 people.
Phone reservations required for schools, foreign language tours and all groups of 7 to 25 people (maximun number allowed per group). Booking Office: +39 011.4406903.
• Groups of 7 / 25 people accompanied by an Egyptologist or an authorized Tourist guide must have booked the visit though the Booking Office following the standard procedure.
• No guided visits are allowed without a regular booking.
• If a reduced-price ticket is purchased without being entitled to it, the visitor must pay a new full-price ticket.

• The museum’s closing time is strict: visitors to the more distant areas will be asked to start moving toward the exit 10 minutes before closing time.
• If you wish to receive the invoice, it is essential to make a specific reservation through our Booking Office, in advance of the visit and payment date, providing all the necessary tax data.
