Synopsis

The class interacts with an Egyptologist, ready to answer their questions and satisfy their curiosity. The experience focuses on the social roles and the different lifestyles of the inhabitants of ancient Egypt.

Before the online meeting, the teacher can download an immersive game designed to encourage students to formulate questions for the Egyptologist, allowing their curiosity to guide the activity.

The Egyptian Museum has developed a student-friendly digital experience to be enjoyed in the classroom under the guidance of an Egyptologist. The Live Web Connection allows students to explore fascinating aspects of pharaonic culture. It offers the opportunity to examine some of the collection’s artefacts in detail and to interact with an Egyptologist from the museum, becoming active participants of the meeting. Custom videos, animations, and artwork make the content engaging and effective.

The contents of this experience provide useful coordinates to approach the study of ancient Egyptian civilization.
